Lacrosse ball toys are safe for puppies?
I have a bad year in the lab who likes to chew and look. When it kept popping and tearing of tennis balls I gave him a lacrosse ball, but I do not know if it is safe or not? She likes to catch the flight and such and I do not know if this can damage their teeth. Please help! She loves lacrosse, but I do not want to give them to her if she hurts!
It is safe as she can not swallow it whole .. I have the same problem with my two Heelers. I went to through a tennis ball a dozen months. I'm going to throw lacrosse balls with tennis balls. (Lacrosse balls sink, my dogs and I discovered …) teeth of dogs are much more deep rooted in their mouth and teeth of man. keep gums and teeth healthy dog food heard dry, water, milk and bones and you should have no problems.

My Encounter with Del Potro
August twelfth, ’09 was a bright, sunny Wednesday morning in Canada. Since I worked at the Rogers Cup, I got admission to the grounds and had specially asked for Wednesday off so I would be able to go check out all the players’ warmups. It was undeniably a loaded schedule with the best ten in action throughout the day.
At 11 that day, a buddy and I headed over to Court 4 where the world’s No.1, Roger Federer, was set to get there at within a half hour. Already filled with roughly a few hundred people, there was hardly any room to move.
As the time approached, the place was filled with fans who enthusiastically waited to get a glimpse of the Swiss Maestro. With the sun scorching at 35 degrees celsius, we watched him practice and we saw him hitting balls. To be frank, it was quite boring and was scheduled to go on for two hours.
So, slowly, we squeeze out of the crowd and find an open spot. I glance up at Court four on the far side to see a tall, skinny player clad in a pink Nike T-shirt and white shorts pounding some balls. I look closer and in fact came to see it was Juan Martin Del Potro.
As he came to the exit gate, there happened to be 6 fans waiting for him to have his signature and he did sign. As he signed my picture and proceeded to my buddy, I told him “I wish you good luck in your match today.”
Del Potro turned to me and had a large grin on his face and said “Thank you so much for your support.” He seemed to be really happy about what I had said to him.
As he won the US Open this week, the irony of this scenario just came to my mind. The fact that basically nobody was present to root for him and Federer had a ton of people. Every now and then, it’s easier to be left alone than to be constantly followed.
Del Potro played a marvelous match this week and is completely worthy of his grand slam win. Vamos!
