Hey ..! A little help in tennis?
Well first of all, I want to clarify some points. While playing tennis and to control sweating. Bands wristbands, headbands I have a good grip over my racket wilson .. but I wanted to kno if shorts above the knee, jeans, 3 / 4 pants sessions are fine. What if I wear a sleeveless shirt and shorts above the knee and the ankle socks, sunglasses, hat, bracelet. also gives me some good websites about tennis .. and a little more if you are ont mind .. when using sleeves anyone comment evil weapons and how to show the muscles. how to get a domain in tennis .. I'm sorry I ask you for a lot of points ..! be happy if you will answer all. youll always possible, also can give me some tips on how to dress .. my shorts seem to be hardyly 5 inches of my shirt .. Is that correct?
First, do not worry what others think of you or you can not concentrate on your game:. Here are the answers to your questions in a band, just below the hairline, not to keep your hair up, but to keep the sweat from his eyes is extremely useful. I use this. Wrist only help if your hands sweat closed, while grabbing the racket unless you sweat in the forearm (which is a male tendency) when actually exercised, sunglasses are not recommended because it obscured his vision and may cause eye strain trying to keep up with fast moving ball. Cap is fine, to keep the hair out of the way and keep the sun out of your eyes. The shorts are fine as long as they are not too baggy, as it could hamper their movement. (I learned this the hard way). Sleeveless shirts are very well. Do not worry about clothes look good on the field, because the clothes are wet with sweat anyway, but make sure you feel comfortable and confident in their clothes (nothing too tight or loose) Nobody has time to see your arms if you're playing well and anyway, even if not well formed (compared impossible for me) do not listen comments if there at all and therefore have nothing to worry about, except to give them a good game to keep the ball and not the arms. I have good in tennis, beating steadily and hard core. I mean really hard. Other than that, it's just practice. I'd recommend the formation against the wall, not mushy preferably as added the element of surprise to the balls bounce and increase your reaction time and give the formation of a sense of realism that, instead of having the ball bouncing back to where you know you will give, you will go mad, because in a real game. If you are a man, not the short view is not right, I would recommend half thigh or knee level, nothing lower, as difficult MOVEMENT. Regards and good luck.
